3E FRAMEWORK

& SUPPORTING TOPICS

Background

Our training materials were developed only after extensive study of a wide range of subjects guided by experience of what was needed and would work in the 'real world'.

The training evolved over time, with new topics introduced, as the many different aspects of facing a challenge and making decisions became apparent.

The appeal to common sense was always kept at the forefront to ensure that the training is both memorable and highly practical.

Introduction to the 3E Framework

Discovering and using the 3E framework underpins all of ZYX's training. It is very straightforward and by itself will improve decision making. Only three key phrases need to be remembered together with three key points that address how to use the framework.

A single two hour session is sufficient to introduce the framework, to explain why it is needed, to provide time for practice and to ask questions.

.

Supporting Topics

ZYX's training consists of 31 topics, each one aligned to a particular aspect of the framework.

Each topic is carefully structured, initially to deliver the most useful key points and then around material that will provide additional benefit to an audience that wishes to pursue a particular subject in greater depth.

It is the structure of ZYX's training materials that enables us to readily select and produce training for a specific challenge and/or audience. Benefits are gained incrementally as training proceeds, there is no need to attend training in all topics, the choice of the most useful being audience and context specific.

And ZYX's training invites participation from those attending, including exercises, role play, games and consideration of real events to ensure the material is practical, relevant and memorable.

Finally, we would like participants to be able to focus on what is offered and enjoy the experience. For this reason, handouts and other 'takeaways' will be provided so there will be no need to take notes.

A "we won't be beaten on price" offer doesn't matter to people who do not care about price, discourages others from shopping around and, if they still do, provides free information about competitors (game theory).
