Working with the client, ZYX will provide bespoke training that is built around a specific challenge, problem or decision that the organisation is facing.   Use of ZYX's 3E framework and activities built into the training will be used to make substantial progress addressing the client's specific needs. 

The benefits to the client are threefold:

• client personnel will receive very worthwhile training.

• the staff assigned to work alongside ZYX will gain valuable experience in teamwork, enabling people to contribute in the most useful way, identifying and resolving issues and how to go about making very good decisions.

There are two pre-requisites for ZYX to provide this service: (a) the client must provide suitable members of staff to work part-time alongside ZYX and (b) the key individuals required to participate in addressing the challenge, problem or decision must be made available.
