OUR COMMITMENT.

.

ZYX aims to provide excellence.

In our experience, most training available in the marketplace fails to deliver all that could be achieved.

Training should meet real needs, be remembered and put into practice over the long term.

It should use the time efficiently.  Training sessions should be "shaped" around key points and form a coherent offering.  Having to take notes diverts attention.

It should be enjoyable, improve morale, encourage, provide new energy and never become a burden.

And the experience itself, the opportunity to engage with other people, their ideas, experiences and ways of thinking should benefit everyone present including the instructors.

ZYX works to internal guidelines, drawn from various sources including its own training materials and the official advice given to volunteers at the 2012 Olympics, that focus on quality, responsiveness and ongoing improvement.

.

The process of decision making should be effective, efficient and subject to considerations of costs vs benefits.
