Alan Malby..........email:..alan.malby@zyx.co.uk

Alan Malby is a highly experienced Programme, Project and Client (relationship) Manager with a track record of developing strategy, implementing change and delivering business solutions in complex, challenging environments. Alan’s early experience was acquired as a Management Consultant at Accenture working for a wide variety of clients, UK based and international, followed and balanced by working on the other side of the fence at the Union Bank of Switzerland and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. More recently Alan acquired a MSc in Corporate Risk. Alan’s pivotal observation arising from his experiences was the poor quality of most decision making, often not because challenges were especially difficult, but because of factors that resulted in clear thinking, insight and common sense being left behind. In response to an obvious need, Alan led the research and development of ZYX’s framework and the training which underpins it.
