Our consultancy services combine effective and efficient use of the 3E framework, in-depth knowledge of all of ZYX's training that underpins the framework, and the individual career experience and expertise of each consultant.

The challenges, problems and needs that can be addressed are many and varied.

Our approach will always include use of the 3E framework in a way that is most appropriate, in a partnership with the client, bringing together our knowledge, experience and different perspectives.

A major strength of the framework is its potential to improve any situation or process. As such, one of its uses is to ensure that the consultancy that we offer to each client is of the highest quality and value.

Facilitation

How much time does your team waste in unproductive meetings?

ZYX will provide guidance on using the framework, backed by our knowledge and experience of everything that we offer, to assist a client in meeting challenges, making critical decisions and avoiding surprises when the undertaking is underway.

We will work with the client to determine and then to facilitate the optimum decision-making process. This will allow the team and its leadership to focus on content and outcomes, not only achieving the best decision, but also ensuring that there is complete 'buy in' from everyone involved.

Review, Improvement, Executive Coaching

ZYX will review existing approaches to decision-making and risk management within an organisation, appreciating the dangers of 'standing still', and will recommend improvements.

Such recommendations will always be presented positively, how to improve what is currently in place, not as criticisms - existing practices always need to evolve in response to weaknesses that inevitably appear over time.

If required, ZYX will work alongside a client to implement recommendations and ensure that expected benefits are achieved. This can include 'one to one' executive coaching aimed at helping directors and senior managers to apply the 3E framework in the workplace.

Developing a 'Risk Culture'

ZYX will work with an organisation over the medium term to put in place or strengthen a 'risk culture, a strategic aim of many forward-thinking companies, aspects of which should include a more effective contribution from internal resources, better decision making and improved communication channels leading to greater awareness of potential threats and opportunities. The aim would be to establish a core competency that had the potential to provide a sustainable competitive advantage.

The first step, a pre-requisite for ZYX's participation, would be to arrive at a common understanding and shared commitment in terms of what would be appropriate and beneficial. Subject to this being achieved, ZYX would then work with the client to develop a programme to implement the "risk culture", making available and customising ZYX's own training materials and approaches as required.
