ZYX’s training is for everyone who is required to make non-trivial decisions and/or takes part in the decision-making process that leads to them.

And, through its handling of uncertainty, ZYX's training is also for anyone that needs to strengthen 'risk management' capabilities.

There may be a need to improve the quality of decision-making within an organisation, to improve the skills, effectiveness and efficiency of existing practices and/or to create a risk management capability.

ZYX could assist in the creation of a 'risk culture' based on decision-making skills as a fundamental competency of the organisation; the aim being to promote competitive advantage and ensure longevity.
